I'm somewhat computer stupid when it comes to pictures and whatnot. If it's not there, can someone help me? Everyone have a good weekend of training planned? I'm planning on a nice swim Friday night, a bike and a run Saturday, and another swim on Sunday. We have a team name (Team Thunderbird) but if everyone wants to change it to something more catchy, I'm sure that'd be fine. Talk amongst yourselves and let me know. Thats an awful lot of miles in just races alone. Don't hold back on us Mr. Thunderduck!! |

This is what I have so far: suelei - $15 waskelton - $25 Scout - $10 Mekarual - $10 Get out there and kick some training rear end this weekend! My plan? Going for a long bike ride tonight (at least 14 miles), run (3 miles) and swim (400 yards) Saturday, and a longer bike (20 miles) and swim (600 yards) on Sunday. |
