You can download an airhorn app for your phone.

NO KIDDING. really? I am so far out of the loop on apps. it is sad.

Yep. I saw it the other day. There really is an app for almost everything.

There was a story on the Today show this morning about a woman who had an app that she used to check on her dog while she was at work. Motion initiated single pic streaming from her laptop to her phone. When she went to check on her dog, she saw a man break into her room.  Creepy.

OK gang. Off to the grocery store. Need to stock up on stuff for my lunch bag for the rest of the week. If it's warmed up enough, may go for a short run. Just can't get in the pool again today. Arms/shoulders are still tired. Back later.

You know, I don't remember seeing the dog during the clip. Not much of a watch dog.

I was very good at the store. They had my favorite frozen pizza and not a single one landed in my cart. It was not easy. I had my hand on the door handle to the freezer case. Sooo tempting. Problem is that I tend to eat the whole thing. No self-control when it comes to pizza.

Big news in the 'hood. My neighbors are moving back in today. Remember the fire last February? Yep, they have finally finished re-building. Yay!!! No more construction mess, although the porta-potty is still out there. Hoping that is not going to be a permanent fixture.

Wow, that is a long time being away from home. If the porta-potty were left here in the south, someone would use it for a planter.

GOOD JOB KIM!!!

I have the same problem. I thought of you and Robin yesterday when I made a pesto pizza with a whole wheat crust, and non fat cheese. The pizza's in the freezer downstairs were calling me.

Good news for the neighbors!

You know, that porta-potty could come in handy when coming back from a long run or snowshoeing. I'm just sayin'.

LOL, if you ever see a porta=potty converted to a planter you must take a pic. I'm not surprised the construction took so long. Building anything in Jersey is tough when it comes to permits.  Fortunately 2 of the families affected have 2nd homes. One at the shore and the other in NYC. I'm not sure where the 3rd couple has been living.

Nah, it's been used for the last 10 months by a bunch of construction workers. I'd make the last few yards to get to the bathroom.

Ann, that sounds yummy and relatively healthy. I love Freschetta thin crust cheese pizza. I top it with a can of black olives and cracked red-pepper. I can eat the whole thing in one sitting. Probably at least 1500 calories. Maybe more.

I was shooting for healthy. I am taking off all the weight I put on this fall, plus the last few pounds I wanted to lose.

THIS IS NOT A RESOLUTION, IT'S A MISSION!!!

You could save yourself some calories if you skipped the black olives.

Yeah, I thought about skipping them but when you're in that deep already why skimp? On that note, I'm off to tape my knees and go for a short run. I think it's warmed up about as much as we're going to get today.

As for your *last few pounds mission*, anytime you are tempted.....I will be on your shoulder. Watching. Remember that.

Well, we will all just help each other out and jump start a healthy 2011!

And Robin, if you want me on your shoulder....just let me know. I have a friend here and anytime we're tempted we remember the other is *on our shoulder* taking note of the bad behavior.  It helps. She kept me out of the pizza today.
