The only real BBq is Memphis BBQ. Only Yankees use BBQ sauce. Memphis has the best pig but Texas has the great brisket.

Hmm.. BBQ... Don't get me started. I went to a rib fest a while back and sampled 7-8 rib stands and found Butch's to be the best. I don't know what style of BBQ that was, all I know he is from NJ. We were impressed by the TX-style ones.
