OK I'm pretty proud of myself right now....I've never swum more than 400m at a time (I don't count the Suncoast tri, cuz I ran about 50m out, 50m at the end, and hardly had to swim the rest of the way since the current was so strong)...and I just did 580m (my 530 for today, and 50m that I missed yesterday...it makes me feel much more confident now! And I have y'all to thank!! Yay BT!! |

Too Cold, Bed too comfy, Aquacize classes, lost my goggles ----- And it's only December 2. Sounds pretty iffy to me.....
