ceilidh - 2012-07-06 7:18 PM CHAT

I rode 45min with the Tour piglets today.

The last 15 of it was with no shorts whatever on.

How's that for chat-inducing? Or maybe that's just a crickets Surprised

Pics or it didn't happen!

I got in another 25 miles with a friend this morning. He told me we were starting at 6, so
I got to the trail a little before 6, he arrived shortly after then took FOREVER to get ready.
Haha. I ended up making it to work right at 8, but made it. I think that's about 122 miles for
me this week, which is the most I've ever done! Wooo! And I have a 45 mile ride Sunday.
I'm really hoping I'll have to up my goal mileage.

That is really some crazy awesome enjoying of T.I.T.S.!!! Super job!

nice to see everyone hitting their schedules (and then some). Some of you guys are really smokin it.

Will be getting at least 2 sessions in this weekend myself and hope to be able to increase my overall target for the tour. Never done so much cycling, all i need is for this crappy english weather to give me the chance!!

Another 15-minute leg shaker stage for Team Sky , sorry, shorts were included.

Very tough 5K swim for me this morning. Much harder than last year's 10K. Guy who won is an Aussie surf lifesaving national champion and open water swimmer and he said it was damn difficult. Some of our local surf lifesavers competing had to be pulled from the water and rushed to the medical tent ... and they train in and know these waters and weather every day.

GLUB!

It was very nice to come home and walk the pups and shake the legs out on the trainer. Oh, and giant nap and burger.

Glad to hear you made it through the swim yanti.

I put in some seat time with just over 45 miles this morning. We took a little detour down some slightly hilly roads. Go team sky!

41.76%! woot to the Sky team!

I was thinking we should add an elevation tracker next year...Saturday's ride (42 miles) had 3200 ft of elevation gain...I was pooped when I got home!

Never had the courage to go nekkies on the seat - but my husband has suggested (several times) that all I need to have on the trainer is a washcloth.

First off.. NO WE DON'T need an elevation tracker. Then you guys would all know how dead flat it is here and I'd feel like a wimp. I did 45 miles yesterday and did a HUGE 300 feet of climbing. Yay. Haha.

Secondly... um, my seat gets all up in places I don't want a seat even with the shorts, I don't think I could stand NOT having the shorts there. HA!

YEEEAAAAH Team Sky! (and yeah I still have stuff to log again)

Another naked stage for me. Man, my bike seat is comfy. No aero so no top needed either. Just an easy 15 min spin. Still suffering from that ocean race yesterday, actually much worse today.

Of course I have pics.

Okay Sky people. I am off on vacation for a week. There will be NO biking of any kind going on. I can pretty much guarantee that. HOWEVER, I will be back to it next Monday and I will get all my miles and stages in then. Peddle faster, Teamies!
