Nice spreadsheet Steve.

I'm starting the month off with a time trial first thing on Saturday morning. I'm very stoked for this, I have been hitting the pool pretty hard over the last couple of months and did a pb at the last TT.

Count me in for this challenge.
I need motivation to get back in the pool.

I'm gonna say 500 minutes.

Hey people... Can I take back my previous post... I swear I'm not a politician ....  My coach just gave me my schedule for the month of dec and to my surprise she has me swimming.  I didn't think I was going to start it back up till jan... Anyways... I need to look at it and figure out a time goal...

Cheers

Ok so she only has me swimming 4 times during Dec.  Usually my goal is 90% of my scheduled training but with so few sessions I'll go for 120%!  It might do me good to try and slip in an extra session

Put me down for 11,000m

Please add me to the list --- 18,000m

I've been meaning to start tracking my training using the logs, so this will get me going on that too!

Virtual training partners?? I disagree. If any GTA'ers are at the U of T pool, I"ll do a couple k with ya. Elly - just wait 'till I'm back in London later this month.

hmmmm... I probably won't make 60k, but I"ll say that for now. Expect me to change that.
Maybe I should check on last year's totals to see how much I did.

Wow... last year I swam 130k!! Am I sandbagging? Or is it that I don't have time to swim now that I'm working full time? Regardless, last two months were only 40k

Aww, heck.

I can't say no to a challenge.  Last year's was so much fun!

Put me down for 7000.  Not a massive goal, but considering I'm out of town from the 22nd to the 31st, it's about all I can comfortably manage.

edited to add:  Holy crap, I did 20,000 last year?!??  Man, I feel like a wuss this year!

You know what? I'll keep my goal at 10K.

For those races, between warm-up and the actual races, the distance should be about the same as those wednesday skill sessions.

Let the games begin!  Attached is the updated spreadsheet.  Please let me know if any corrections are required by sending me a PM.  I appologize if I missed anyone (this is a BIG team) - if so please PM me.  Good luck everyone!  And stay off my case for this week - I'm getting over a cold so will start my swims next week.
