Dec. Swim Challenge: CAPTAINS ONLY please (Page 3)

Well wouldn't you know it, my MIA swimmer shows up with a post on the Fish thread saying "160 minutes" with no logging.  I'm iffy on how real this is.  Since our rule was to have public logging I'm inclinded to reject this and drop the swimmer. 

All in favor?

Week #3 below based on the posted results. Curmudgeons are making a move and take over 1st on the overall, but MAC and CC still are ahead on the indiviudal results...

Ditto - drop him/her.  Explain to them why they are being dropped so that they feel welcome to join future challenges and understand what logging is.

Our MIA swimmmer showed up.  He didn't know how to do logging or understand the whole BT deal just yet as he is still very new to all this, but assured me that he was tracking using a speadsheet.  He is now logging on BT after we exchanged some PM's and is on his way being a BT faithful user!

We had a slight improvement with the added data, but still in last   Below is the updated results and I attached the compiled speadsheet (zip):

If anyone else still has MIA swimmers that haven't logged anything for the month, I'm in favor of dropping them and letting them know why they are dropped.

I am recommending dropping OcrMatt from the team.  He does not have a post in Dec.  I must have made a mistake when I posted the 400 yds in the short starting week.  Those were actually swam in Nov per his log.

Here's the FL Fish wk4 results, sorry for the delay I took an extra day off!  I'll compile the master and post it here and on the main thread in a little bit...

Ok here are the week #4 totals. The Mid Atlantic Crabs take over the lead going into the final days...

I'd appreciate having the extra day so my team members can check their numbers tomorrow. 

Here is the Blizzards final tally barring any mistakes I may have made.  I deleted OCRMatt (no show) and the two injured i had were Jszat and schmize.  However we deal with that.  Good job on heading this one up!  Happy New Year!

Here's the FL Fish final results.  I kept in the final results one swimmer that disappeared 3 weeks ago, no one is really sure what happed to him, one said that they thought he had a leg injury but I find no reference to this in the empty logs.  I could remove him from the results if it is ok with y'all, we still would not be 100%...
