OK let's change to a harder gear and get the HR up to 175-180 with a cadence of 80-90. After 30 seconds how do you legs feel? How are you breathing?
I tried but this was too much at this stage so slowed my efforts down to complete the rest of my workout. I'm afaird there was no way I was going to be able to complete the finale!
So what does that tell you - apart from the fact that I'm currently rubbish!? That said this is on'y week 5 of my new 'life' so I think I am seeing a progressive increase in my ability.
