Dude, when I did my first (and only to date) century (turned out to be ~107) in Nov, I thought the same thing..."How in hell do people sandwich THIS with a 2.4 mile swim AND a 26.2 mile run??!!"

Congrats on the Century + a couple - that's an accomplishment!!

  • Swim 6.25 Hrs, -1.9 (30.9%)
  • Bike 16.33 Hrs, -7.4 (45.2%)
  • Run 11.33 Hrs, -4.3 (37.7%)

Looks bad but per the TP I'm only -20 minutes off on the swim, +22 on the bike and -8 on the run. I have 590 and 620 minutes planned for the next two week, so I'll be out swimming, biking and running if you need me!

While those "other" teams are busy searching the internet for pictures I got in 1hr 9min swim yesterday to cover the swim for Monday that I missed.  So I'm only 60 min behind on the swim and will knock most of that off tomorrow.  1 Hr recovery bike and run is scheduled for today but will bike to the pool tomorrow so only will be running later on today.

Red power WILL prevail!

I'm glad you're the RED Captain Donto, good going, I did 2400 meters in the pool this morning and have a plan to run 10 K's tonight after work. Gotta run, i need to find a picture online to rebut lawyerchick with.

I think that's more of a skip, than a "gotta run".

I'm going to really work on making a decent dent in the run between tomorrow and Sunday - "Run, Forrest, Run" - and then wrap it up during the course of next week...the swim's in the bag, and the bike should be too.  Chances are high for a long ride on March 31, so hopefully will post some surplus Bike time as a result.

The only acceptable result is 100% (or better) across the board.

Rock on, Red!!

I would, I have been counting the time I've been thinking about running as "time running" LOL

Man!  If I could count time *thinking* about running or *dreaming* about running, I'd be done already!

The downer about pool running is that the scenery doesn't change!

Made a good dent in the "Run" this morning (via 53+ minutes on the treadmill), but I've still got my work cut out in this dept.

Based upon planned activity this week, anticipating a small surplus on the swim/bike.
