OK, so do you want the GOOD news first, or the BAD news? Well, it kind of alternates, so I'll just roll with it... LOL

GOOD news:
I swam today!

BAD news:
The shoulder is still hurting.

GOOD news:
I plan on reaching my swim goal even if I have to KICK the whole distance.

BAD news:
I didn't swim quite as far as I wanted, because of the shoulder and all.

GOOD news:
I swam 1100 yds and kicked 400 yds, giving me a total of 1500 yards!

OK. That's enough with the good and bad. I'm starting to feel a tad schizophrenic. LOL

Well, I WAS a Nibbin last month. As were Kendra and Sharon. And Cat was an honorary Nibbin. So yeah, it kind of goes with the territory. In other words, expect a high post count. LOL

I have NO idea what you mean about the weather. It was a balmy 55 degrees F here today. LOL (Yes, I know about the storm that you had -- I saw it on the news channels.)

Its beginning to look that way... I just didnt realise i was smack talking a former competitive hgh school swimmer!

Well, as I said -- it's your choice. You declared 25k as a goal. So until, and unless, you declare otherwise, that's your official goal.

Cat's goal should be closer to 40k as that is what mine is...


She was talking smack before and was tring to get me to go 50k but i though better of that..

I think she has a thing for ferrets.... The only "costume" she couldn't find them wearing was "pudding."

I remember her mentioning the 50K. Thought she was crazy for even saying it. LOL

Not a thing....and it's really Cat's fault..it's all about embracing your inner animal...which I believe in my case is a deranged ferret. I can't help it that the ferret website didn't have a pudding costume! (There was a cute little Harley jacket though.)
