Thanks John, it was a great race.  You're right -- PERFECT weather!!!!  Hope the sinuses are better, those things seem to take forever.

I sometimes wonder if the whole orthotics thing is just another money maker.  My insurance did not cover them.  I will say that I've had fewer issues since using them, but am not going to claim that they have solved all my foot problems.

Haha! Good plan to go back to something that worked in the past!

I found you guys!!!!  I was in the mentor forum and was like "where is our group?  Where are ALL the groups?" 

Hope everyone's Easter weekend is great!

Spring is trying to get here! Did a short bike/run this morning (indoor bike, outdoor run in the rain) to test my legs.

I was glad to see y'all are still here.  It took me a bit to figure out what had happened.  Sorry I've been out of touch but I'll try to explain concisely.

Last week I was at my Mom's in NM.  She didn't have any internet until the last day I was there and even that was slow and sporadic. 

My husband called me as I was waiting at the airport to come home and said his mother was deteriorating fast.  She's been in hospice care for only a couple of weeks.  So after a long day of travel on Saturday I finally got to Spokane.  She died early Sunday morning very peacefully.

We have a memorial service Tuesday night here in Spokane and another in Tennessee on May 1.  So the travel will continue for a while.  Right now we just have a houseful of people and food.

Luckily there's enough people to watch my boy some and I can get out and run or whatever.  Today I did a run/walk, after a week off it was pretty hard.  Tonight I'm gonna try to swim while the kids play in the pool.

As far as new mentor groups, I don't think I'm gonna start with a new one.  I like this one just fine.
