HAPPY LATE MORNING GHOULIES. man oh man it feels like spring is on the way....though we'd have the full effect if the sun was shining. sitting at my table enjoying a fresh salad - romaine hearts, grilled chix, fresh grated parm cheese, caesar croutons and white balsamic vinegrette. ooooh yummo! DAY 2 of my sprint tri training plan is in the book im heading up to Cleveland in May to meet up w some friends from my BLC online days for the Cleveland Marathon weekend. Im gonna run the 5K. only wish it was a tri instead of just a 5k. ho hum. it will be nice to hang w my 'tribe' from BLC. its been awhile since we've all been together. its nice to have a routine again as far as workouts go....and to have a goal in mind. onward and upward stacieb |
