I'll slack off on the walk/run/jog unless I set a goal..... 120 miles bike 11 swim sessions (600 yd swim, 300 yd kick minimums per session) 14 shoulder strength sessions 8 walk/jog/run sessions And yes, I'll update the spreadsheet. LOL wow you are keen! had enough of spreadsheets yet? haha you just feel safe saying 'next' because you know its not about you next month :p I think in future we should try and do the team up thing for challenges to spread the work around! hahaha classic - nominate the person who's not at the meeting - that will teach me! So Wednesday I'll try for 20 minutes. Today was just a mile. I didn't want to push it since this has been a stubborn, painful injury. And I got strength session #1 complete. Yikes! I have no upper body strength. Got get back to the laundry and make sure the kiddos have snacks and are doing their homework. Pam |
