Does that mean supporting someone? Is this a normally used term? I know your laughing at this question, because i know i would. Jockstrapping--the folks who help you along with your plan for race day by being out at strategic parts of the transition/course to cheer for you and remind you to eat/drink according to the plan for this race. Yes, that's the term, just what it sounds like Was a little sketchy the first time I saw it used too but now I wast to do a big race so I can (make)have others strap for me and actually HAVE someone out there on race day who is really interested in the process and not just showing up cause well...they'd be on the couch if they didn't |

Judi mentioned something about being scared of them? Why is this something I dont know about? should I be sccared? If you keep your burner eyes "free from debris" you should have nothing to worry about. I slopped a little cooking oil onto my stove top which ran into the burner eye that I was using which torched a stick of spaghetti that somehow landed there instead of the pot from a dinner on a previous night. Nothing an old kitchen towel couldn't smother out. Handy tip: No water on a grease fire. It only fuels the flame. |

I still cant wrap my head around the frying turkey thing... just seems.... WRONG Let me tell you something, those turkey's came out nice and tender. They were the best turkey's I cooked yet. Just have to be careful when they go in and when they come out due to the grease and flames. Oh yeah and it takes less then an hour to cook each one. |
