Subject: RE: Stuck in the Middle - May ChallengeGot in a 1 hr spin and a 30 min swim the old spin and swim workout  this leaves me 1.3 hrs to 100% for the run 1.3 hrs to 100% for the bike and 30 minutes to 100% for the swim 3 days, 3 workouts - no sweat - {GULP} I hope I didn't set them too high when I upped my goals - but, the challenge is about it being a challenge right? |
