we are a team of foodies are we not!?? love hearing what we are eating...so what kind of tostados? chicken? beef? carnitas? and what do you top yours with?

Well the first layer is a black bean chirizo (sp?) mixture that is topped with chicken, tomatillo salsa and a little mexican cheese

mmmmmmmmmm~ but, no lettuce/tomatoes/avocado?

and a cupcake for dessert!

come on girl...we need information...MUST HAVE INFORMATION!!!

flavor cupcake? and icing??

Not this time...last time it flared up I did PT for a couple weeks...I think I am just going to go back to the things that she taught me...Feeling mildly better today so hopefully I can test it out tomorrow with a short run, or maybe tonight if I get out of work at a decent hour.

take it easy and make sure to have it looked at it if it continues! no set backs!!!

ahhhhhhhhhhhh come on Kim where is the kid in you gone???...whats the temps? if it is over the mid 50's I say go run in the rain and be that kid you used to be!!! I didnt realize how much I love to run in the rain til recently...I LOVE IT! as long as there is no thunder or lighting zapping about! try it! you may like it! now if it is below.....do me a favor and go ride that drainer and run at the y before lunch! haha

deehtz - 2009-10-21 8:13 AM I am feeling kinda chicken to bike. The last few times it has made my left knee hurt just medial of the kneecap. I massage it and it gets better, but will be a little tender for a day or two. It doesn't bother me when jogging. But I don't want it to mess up my run training.

between the rain, having to go grocery shopping, and not wanting to aggravate my knee... I did not go bike riding last night. But I did ST. This morning I am going for a run..BEFORE work no less... which is a huge feat for me... but I don't go in today until 10 am so I will go for a short run.

hear me psyching myself up???? putting in on paper (well on computer screen) to make it real???

sorry you did not get your ride in and you too have a knee issue! what the heck...its spreading more rapid then the H1N1 flu! HOLY MOLY!!! hope its all better now and was just a passing fluke! what is ST??
