Hi my name is Zac Bunker, I'm sixteen and new to the triathlon lifestyle. I was wondering if anyone had a pair of triathlon bike shoes that they would be willing to give to a newbie triathlete.

Kind of dependent on what Pedals you are using on your bike.  I still have a pair of old Nike's that lock into a standard bike pedal.  I use to use the old toe straps.

I can fit a 9 or a 9.5, but that's just regular shoe size. I don't know what that is in bike shoe size. What brand are they? I still might take them even if they are to small or to large.

I have a pair of entry level Diadora cycling shoes that I purchased new at the beginning of last summer. They not not tri specific but only have two straps, so I was still able to put them on and take them off while clipped into the bike.

They should fit, they are size 43.5 which, according to the shoe chart I have, translates to a 9-9.5, so you may get lucky. You pay shipping and they are yours.

One catch, my new shoes should arrive sometime this week, and I'm only 95% sure they will fit me. If these new ones fit me, I can send you my old ones. Otherwise I'll sell you the new ones for 20 bucks.

Just FYI to everyone.

This is not a begging site. People just post items that are pay it forward. It is not

"Hi I am new can people send me free stuff. " Do not request items, people will post what they want to get rid of.

Please review the rules to this forum or read the first few pages to see how it works.

Happy Holidays

This is not specifically tri-related, although I guess it'd be OK for training.  I have four music DVDs that I'd be willing to give away.  Please send me a PM if you're interested since I don't always check this part of the forum on a regular basis.  I'd prefer to send these to 4 different people and not all to one BT-er, so just mention which one you're interested in.  I'll try to update here as they are claimed.  Here's what I got;

"Joe Satriani, Live in San Francisco"  This is a 2 DVD set, from 2001, and is a total of 2.5 hours in length, perfect for that long Saturday trainer ride!

"Stevie Ray Vaughan, Live from Austin Texas"  A single DVD, 63 minutes long, taken from his appearances on Austin City Limits

"ZZ Top Greatest Hits"  Basically a compilation of MTV-type videos, not footage from a concert.  12 songs, 50 minutes in length.

"Jethro Tull, Living With The Past"  Footage from several concerts over the years of the band's history.  Not sure of the length, but I believe it's at least an hour or more.

I have a San Marco Azoto Tri saddle that is the mountain version (same saddle just a different cover). It has been used but there are no snags or tears in the cover. The rails showed some rust but it wiped right off with wd40.

free tri saddle to anyone who can use it or wants to try this model out.

I have a road bike stem.  It fits 26mm handlebars.  I don't know what the exact angle is.  I believe the length is 70mm, but I didn't measure it.  Anyway, it's short.  Who wants it?
