It took me a good while just to catch up on all the things going on...where to start? I guess I'll start by saying Howdy Blisters! Got a run planned for the "dreadmill" tonite...which I must say I wish I had thought of calling it, perfect name for it. I'm just a tad grumpy at the moment as I would rather be doing other things than work...like...well pretty much anything. LOVED the recap on the teams...and the talking tilapia nickname too ***giggle giggle***

The first one I joined. Then he did the abs challenge. He seems to be everywhere I am, and he always has something good to say. So I deemed him my Tri-Godfather. Everywhere I turn he is there, keeping an eye on me. LOL - I should have let my imagination go - LOL |

go for a run and get those endorphins flowing, it always helps a case of the grumpys. Except they maybe counteracted by the "dreadmill"! |

Master 1870 Fort Worth | Subject: RE: Twisted Blisters I'm finally on again. Sorry I haven't been around. Between being sick and internet going out at home I have not chatted at all. I'm finally at work and have access once again and should have it back on at home by this afternoon I hope. I'm still pretty sick, I even went to the emergency room this weekend due to my congestion making my breathing difficult. My plan is to do nothing but rest until I feel better which I hope is by the end of this week. I promise I won't let the team down as far as my goal, I'll just have to do some long runs as soon as I feel better. Beth, sorry i didn't log my run on the spreadsheet. Did you add it for me just in case or do I just need to add it to next weeks totals? By the way I'll change to whiskey so I don't drink bear anymore. LOL |

So sorry to hear you are so sick! that is a bummer - well at least you know we were worried about you whiskey might help clear up your cold more quickly than bear as well (i'm guessing you saw the team update) I updated the spreadsheet, so no worries |

go for a run and get those endorphins flowing, it always helps a case of the grumpys. Except they maybe counteracted by the "dreadmill"! with some good music even the dreadmill can be conquered! If it makes you feel better, i'll be a hamster too tonight, too slippery-foggy-dark for this muffin. On the ipod a good dose of twisted sisters...go blisters!

Hope you are having good weather. Finally drying up here! It was raining this am. Chilly and broken clouds tonight. It is mid 50's now. The temp was great for my run. I started in a long sleeve t and ended in my sports bra. I guess I should rethink long sleeves next time! Never really got much wind, but there are some mud slides and flooded roads. I am glad it has cleared up for you! Is the tree out of your yard? |
