They'll do it laproscopically. When I had my appendix out, I was taking walks within a day and was fully back in like 4 weeks or so. Should be pretty similar as long as I don't try to push too much too fast. Yep. They put a piece of mesh in behind the hole to reinforce the area. It's either a weakness in the wall or possibly a nick in the abdomen from the appendectomy that's turned into a hole. How long ago was your appendectomy? |

Appendectomy fact: My hubby had his removed on a Tuesday and rode 50 miles on his bike on Sunday. |
