I think they are going to be red, white, and black.  We decided to let three of the officers come up with them instead of having 8 of us try to all settle on one.  Here is the new logo:

Awesome. Jackson actually has a very nice cycling club despite its small city size.

I spent most of the day getting acquainted with a new doctor. I'm to start taking fish oil + a multivitamin. Surprisingly enough, I was debating whether to get the vitamin for 50+ people or just the regular all sorts of things supplement for active men. I ended up chickening out on the vitamin. Hopefully, the fish oil helps with panic attacks and mood swings.

I do fish oil and a multi-vit every day... I figure its more of an insurance policy than anything.

Fish oil is meant to help with inflammation too (among other things) which is meant to be good for my tummy but Im not convinced with the way things have panned out recently!

We finally had a tri club reorganization meeting.  We estimated the number of people doing them had doubled in the area since they started four years ago, and all we had was that crummy yahoo email list.  We've got a guy working on a sweet new website and are planning on setting up clinics and training groups.  A lot of us are going to do the New Orleans 70.3 and we're going to make a big push to get newbies signed up for the Soak up the Sun, then set them up in some groups and what not.  And we're even handing out dri fit shirts to all members.

One step at a time.... right now:

1) Get healthy

2) Ride Lots

3) Loose weight

Then.. yeah I think that will be something to look into!  I mean why not? I will fall.. .it will hurt.. and Im sure i will get some super cool scars to show for it!

Morning, Nibbs.

Kinda in a funk right now, so sorry if I'm not around much. Sugar Daddy is a bit pizzy (for some reason, 2 years later) about my training and it's causing some stress. Until now, he's been very supportive. Need to figure this out.

Oh, yeah - and I have to start teaching next week ... orientation festivities this week, which don't really affect me but mean that there are all kinds of folks on campus distracting me.
