We're pretty quiet this morning with consults, only four of them, and only one procedure booked in. Afternoon consults look busier though which is good Last week we were flat out. I co-mentored with Yanti the last mentor session, and I would say no, it doesn't matter that your longest race is a sprint people joining mentor groups are looking for all levels, and for folks just starting out, it's awesome to have someone that they can relate to does that make sense? |

Me me me! I did it last year - it was AWESOME and you should do it... I had only raced short distance and hadnt raced for about 18 months at that point because of the whole sickiness and injuries... Some of the people in my ghroup achieved more than I could ever dream off and it was the BEST thing! You should SO sign up as a mentor! |

I swam this morning before coming in, left around 0930 to the gym came back around 1145, left for lunch and came back around 1400. It is now 1500 and I am going home to drink some beer, since I don't feel like working anymore. |
