Artemis - 2008-12-16 8:17 PM I got my wrist tattoo touched up and it is itching like crazy!! I don't remember it being this bad before.
Maybe it is the dry winter weather.

mchally - 2008-12-16 11:17 PM [I, being exceptionally talented, hit my head on the car door giving myself a concussion. I believe that the trauma my brain experienced compromised my immune system. That in turn led to me getting a super nasty cold. It turns out that the cold virus has mutated and now can travel through BT threads. It got Yanti. I am starting to recover, but still have quite a bit of residual mucus throughout my respiratory system. Unfortunately Yanti is still experiencing the full effects of this incredibly nasty cold.

Yikes!

So long as I'm not having an allergic reaction to it.  Doesn't look like it, but I seem to have bad allergies

I'm seriously considering signing up for the "No Sugar New Year Challenge" in the weight loss forum.  It would be good for me - I eat way too much sugar.  But, it's kind of scary!!  I guess there's no harm in trying, right?

Sugar - it's easy to cut back, but a little hard to cut entirely, at least for me.

It's not entirely.  You can still have sugar in food, just not as one of the main ingredients.  And honey is ok, too.  But no diet soda or sugary snacks, etc.

I'm pretty sure I can't cut it out completely, but I think joining the challenge would help me cut more of it out.
