Okay, I'm trying to learn to get up and run in the morning before I do anything else.  I actually managed to do it this morning.  Yeah!

The sledgehammer and vice grip left my head....then I wanted to hurl.....but I really made it through the day despite a lady screaming at me so loud on the phone that the girl across the wall from my cube could hear her!
