It has a 53/39T I'm thinking maybe changing to a 50/34T I just suck at hills. I did change cassettes last year. I know the best way to get better at climbing hills is to climb more hills. Well you have 1 year to get good at it. Save your money and ride your bike That is all I have to add but I am a bad example! I hate to admit it, but that's good advice. I want to be strong. The only way to get that way is to work at it. Ya, coming from a man who has more bikes than clean underwear! But you still need to ride the heck out of those hills. Ouch - but I think you are right! Let's see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 on order bikes Let's see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 pair of underwear total Boy I have issues! Or priorities! |

Today someone brought in a bunch of cucumbers from their garden and wrote, “cucumbers for the taking” on the board. I put together a photo scavenger hunt where they had a list of 30-40 things they needed to get pictures of throughout the day. Between that and watching me race they stayed occupied and had a lot of fun |

I think there's just something about the environment. Also, my BFF who came to Calgary with me said that everyone at the race are generally people watchers...so a bunch of people watchers, people watching apparently = goodtimes...haha |

We had a minor discussion about MD/PhD again...he understands that I don't want to be in school till I am 35...but at the same time...ugh...he said we will address this at a later point in my medical school period.
