Yah, that particular former-girlfriend ended up diagnosed with both a neurological disorder AND a psychological problem. She's VERY lovely, exceptionally intelligent, and very sweet 80% of the time. Unfortunately it was the other 20% of the time that contributed to the relationship not lasting. I still think very fondly of her, but not enough to be so masochistic as to try to re-ignite something with her. And being with her for a short period of time could be very tiring, for both physical AND emotional "shenanigans". Wonderful person, but too much for me. Entertainingly, it was her father who set us up, and he was kind enough to not mention that she was STILL MARRIED at the time. Yah, it was not a boring situation. Off-topic, has anyone here ever been to Djibouti? I'm thinking of putting together a week-or-so trip there for the heck of it, but I'd like to get opinions from more than French ex-pats. |

And why Djibouti over any other heck-of-it place? Nothing specifically against French ex-pats, but I'm looking for a wider variety of opinions from different cultural backgrounds. Djibouti caught my attention initially because it was the setting in a couple of books I read years ago. I started researching the place and it seems kinda interesting. I like out-of-the-way places where it's not focused on tourism and I get to mix with the locals more than I would in a place that caters to foreigners more. I'd like to see Seychelles also, among other places. Not as out-of-the-way as Djibouti, but not so Anglo-Tourist-oriented as many other places. |

It took me months to figure out why we were having so much trouble and it all came down to a customization of new instrumentation that cut out a small portion of bandwidth in one of my detectors. This is my sixth one in the Kidney Sector lab, so I think I got it covered and it is an inspector that I am farmiliar with. Last year we had someone who wrote the guidelines come in....it was a BEOTCH Yeah ours was a start up lab so lots of kinks to work out. good luck and have loads of fun! Just a second, did Kate just break a rule of TAN??? No. Which one? I was told, upon arrival, that the sarcastic font was a no-no. It was implied most of the time... really? who told you that? I thought one of you did... I had a list of about 7 or 8 rules to follow... I don't remember them all, but... Your best bet is to accept the punishment |
