Get yourself better! Mine will be ending today at ~75. Picked up some stomach issue last night. Nothing horrible, but disruptive enough that I couldn't sleep until 7am this morning. Still lingering now, but better than before. I could go for a run without too much trouble, but to what end? An unexpected "load" came up due to life and I need to recover from that before adding a training induced load will be helpful. The streak is not the ultimate goal, but rather a tool to help with achieving that goal of improved fitness.

I am not sure why it posted three replies with nothing in them, stupid computers.

I wanted to say and will say it, that I'll eat chocolate for you the next three days and wash it down with ice cold beer. Hope you are feeling better soon.

# 11, rest day yesterday so 2 EZ miles before dinner last night.

Jobaxas - I feel your chocolate withdrawal pain.  For some stupid reason I decided to give up chocolate and sweets at the same time as doing the 30 runs in 30 days.  As I said, a stupid idea, what was I thinking!

Day 373 and my second 15 miler this week, 15.2 this morning. I should be over 80 miles this week when I am done. I have a 30 miler Sunday and a 5 mile run tomorrow and I am already at 47.25 miles this week.

I am contemplating starting another run streak.  I have been doing well with running 5 days per week, but I did a race Sunday, ran Monday - meant to take off Tuesday and maybe Wednesday...then got busy on Thursday so I ended up with 3 days of no running.

A streak would definitely make me find the time.

#40

I think I like the streak days that end in zero. I came down with a cold, and it got into my chest.  I know the rule, head cold ok, but no run if in chest.  But I couldn't let the streak die!!  I feel better today than yesterday, and acutally the running has helped clear out alot of the mucus.
