I ran today!! First time since 9/30!! No pain!! So Wednesday I'll try for 20 minutes. Today was just a mile. I didn't want to push it since this has been a stubborn, painful injury. And I got strength session #1 complete. Yikes! I have no upper body strength. Got get back to the laundry and make sure the kiddos have snacks and are doing their homework. Pam That's great! No pain is a good thing! I swam and did a shoulder workout today. Now, I'm on BT |

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Do NOT get me started with those stars! They confuse the heck outta me. Just ask Beth and Cat -- who were waiting for me to post the Team Rosters, but had to suffer through an unannounced delay while I was busy trying to find all my lost little twinkly stars...... It took a longggggg time for me to find the chart on the User Listing page. In the meantime, they were yelling at me. Not that I heard them - I was too busy searching BT's website for the star explanation. Fun times were had by all. |
