It may force some of the wallflowers out to play with the chattier members of the group (or it could push them fruther in to the wall if they'e really challenged but then who would be on a site like this and sit quietly like a kid at grammas house of antiques?) Guess it just depends on the individuals... for example I have a fabulous team this month BUT half of the team have not been seen since the beginning and they have never chatted... its sad as I think one of the best things about the challenges is the supportive environment... And one of the ones who has gone AWOL is acutally on my friends list.... I think there are some people who enjoy watching the chatter, but aren't necessarily comfortable joining in - Oh I know thats true... but in some cases I know its NOT Gals, can we have a little more talk about training on this thread? By golly... Sal! but ummm, we have been talking about training ummm, yeah, really we have - doesn't talk about the swim challenge count? motivational pics and all! |
