As for the challenge... yes it does quieten down in a few days once the teams are settled! That's nice of your boss. You should go home and rest. Ive got a bit of a dilema now re: challenge - tonight I had planned a 1hour 20 ride to finish off... now if it was anyone else I would just give them 100% because it was that or them pulling out of the challenge.... But its me so I dont want to look like Im cheating... I had the flu for a week and now this Im thinking a reduction in goals or pulling out would be acceptable as I would let anyone else do it... What do Nibbs think? This particular Nibbs thinks that you're better off NOT running yourself into the ground until you're a puddle of soggy oatmeal. In other words -> Your health comes first. The Challenge comes wayyyyyy after that. Take 31 days in March minus the days you were sick.... And reset your goal as a percentage of that. |
