Subject: RE: Taser Running IIYesterday we got a call that an agent wanted to show the house from 6:30 - 7:30. Cuts into packing time, but we want to sell it, so okay. I picked up my son after work, got my daughter at home, then took the kids to McDonalds to kill some time. Stopped to pick up a couple things, then arrive home at 7:45. Nobody's there, so we assumed they'd come and gone and we got started packing. 8:05 the doorbell rings - they're running "alittle" late. I make them give us 5 minutes, rush around putting all the half-packed stuff in closets, then take the kids for a walk. My son is already in his pj's, and I rushed out without thinking of shoes, so I had to carry him. And I must have had a little pebble or something in my shoe, because as we are walking back the ball of my foot starts to hurt. I stop and shake my shoe out, but the pain gets worse as we keep walking. When we get back to the house, I check and find that I have a huge blister on the bottom of my foot. Argh! First tri in two days and I have a big blister. It hurts when I step on it. I hope it gets better, or the run isn't going to be very fun. |
