This morning I put a pork roast in there, which I had studded with many cloves of garlic. Poured over a mixture of applesauce, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, chili flakes and finely diced onions. Left it to do its lovely thing all day. When I got back from my ride the house smelled fantastic!! Served the pork with lots of the "sauce" on top and diced potatoes roasted in grapeseed oil. For dessert we had a massive fruit salad made with oranges, grapefruits, fresh pineapple and raspberries. With fresh whipped cream OF COURSE. I love food. |

Just right click on "copy image address". Then when you want to post, click on the little green tree. Get the cursor to the top box, I think it says url. Hit paste. Then insert. Voila! |

It was a balmy -12C today.........Thanks to everyone for the help with posting pics... and for putting them up for me. I think I'll let those be enough of me. Ok ... Helen... yes, I may live in the "banana belt" of SW Ontario... but even on the coldest winter days, I will ride in shorts. Otherwise, I get overheated. Today... when I started it was +1 in the garage, according to my cycle computer. By the time i was finished the cycle computer registered +9... that temperature difference is all my body heat. I have started riding on the bike at -5... and got the temp up over 0... so shorts are a must for me. Thank you also for all the kind words about what I do around the house. I don't think anything of it... just seems like the right thing to do. |
