my friend has been RAVING about the spin boot camp class.

so im gonna give it whirl tomorrow night.

he had me doing push ups 'in preparation'

you'd think i could do a reasonable amount.

i could barely manage five push ups in a row.

the instructor is a good friend of mine.

and so so nice OUTSIDE of class.

when she's teaching though.

something comes over her.

and she scares the SH^T outta me she's so fierce and hardcore and mean.

as i struggle to do even 5 pushups in a row i kept saying to my friend, this is EXACTLY why i need to be in this class.

its time to take a honest look at my LIMITERS....and to start doing something about them.

i only wish i would've been 'brave' enough to take her class sooner.

im not sure a five weeks before my first tri is enough time to see 'results'.

but.

it cant hurt.

Stacie - Enjoy the boot camp class. You may be limited to 5 push ups this week, but I guarantee that if you focus on doing push ups several times per week that number will go up quickly. You may not be busting out 100 anytime soon, but I think you'll surprise yourself. Have fun!

Who just signed up for the Nike Women's Marathon with a bunch of my classmates! Oh yaaa...I did...

The UofA med girls of 2013 will be descending upon San Franscico in October 2010...if our group entry is selected :D So excited!!!
