:WAVE: everyone! I have been a bad, bad girl

) I just can't seem to get my a$$ on here and post my workouts - UGH! It's repetition each week is like this-
Monday: abs, legs, abs again
Tuesday: abs, chest and back, squats and lunges, abs again, spin
Wednesday: lats, treadmill or stepper and 60 minute total body strength class
Thursday: abs, Shoulders, traps, squats and lunges, abs again, spin
Friday: abs, legs, abs again and treadmill
Saturday: abs, chest and back, abs again, treadmill or stepper or spin
Sunday: posing practice
(oh, and ABS!
)
I can't skip a workout
(I'll get whipped! LOL!
) so, I'm doing them all - just not posting.
Alex- the competition is October 30th so, 4 weeks to go.
I've just started working out my 60-75 second posing routine to music
(A song called Bossy by Lindsay Lohan
) and have been practicing on the mandatory poses as well. I've been pleased with the progress and I have learned that the biggest changes will be seen in the last 2 weeks!
