Alrighty folks, the good, the bad and the ugly (from my blog )

The good:  I wralked, it felt great, my pace improved, I felt like I could have gone longer

The bad:  ARGH - yes I know I said I would never to 'that' location again, but it was more closely located to where I had to go - soooooooooooooooo, here goes the parking lot drill - yep, found a spot, then the locker room drill, switched workout bags, had to pay for a locker, all of the treadmills were full - had to wait - net result - only got in 30 min.  will have to make up 15 somewhere down the line

The ugly:  I once again ran into one of DD's classmates at they gym - she is so awkward whenever this happens - tonight was the worst, we were in the locker room at the same time, I showered and was wrapped in a towel and then changing clothes when she saw me - I had to laugh to myself because she totally avoided eye contact - I guess about the last thing one of my DD's classmates wants to know is what kind of underwear I wear, let alone actually see me in it!  LOL - I just pretended I didn't see her either so she wouldn't have to admit her embarassment - LOL

COOL!! that sounds rad! can i get in there? or is it like a mentor group, and small?

By all means stop by. I was going to put that in my last post, but I do not know you, never seen you. All I heard in my head when I thought about inviting you to a weight loss thread was "You callin' me fat?" So I thought better. There are several regulars and quite a few that come and go. Saling is the leader of the pack!

That is so funny about DD classmate. Not to offend, incase anyone here does this, but I think it is funny when people are at the gym and they change clothes in the potty stall. Isn't that why we are in the locker room?

so, tell me what is up with this - they designed the locker room so that there are lockers RIGHT in front of the entrance

sooooo, not only was I there in all my glory for DD's classmate to see - I was also right in front of the entrance so I was right there in front of everyone walking in and out

this is the most poorly design locker room ever!
