Are *you* going to be the one doing it? If so, I vote no. Although, if you plan on videotaping it too, then I vote yes. ('Cause that would probably result in crazed cat racing through the house, while you chase her. And I'd probably get a good laugh out of watching that.) How hot is it there?

Oh I wont be doing it! I do NOT have a wish to be mauled!

Right now its just around 31C-ish so say 85-90F... but its only early spring and the worst days here are 105-110F and our house gets really hot and stays hot in the middle of summer.

She is being pretty good... wanders outside then comes back in and sits on the cool tiles in the kitchen or even laundry which is darker, got her a bigger water bowl (skull and crossbones! I should post a  pic) so not too worried yet and she is indoor only except on a weekend when Im home in the afternoon as she cant get out of our little courtyard (yet!)

But she was doing the hard mouth open panty thing a bit yesterday afternoon so its not going to be long before she realises its hot! She is dropping fur EVERYWHERE again... we had a warm patch about a month ago and all  of a sudden there was cat fur everywhere! Its happening again!

One of the girls i work with has a chinchilla which she has already had clipped for summer but Im waiting for the temps to settle in hot and a few degrees warmer as she should be ok for now!

Weds here.... but still feels like a massive hump!
