First tri of the season is on March 15. Must get to race weight. barqhead - 2008-01-17 11:13 AM I'm trying not to eat anything else today! All Ive done for the last two days as eat so Im NOT the person to ask for help there right now.... Although the eating orgy seems to have stopped now Im back to my normal work day! hehe i just want to find the self control to get my weight moving in the right direction! Ew Ew Ew... I was excited today, I weighed in, and I actually lost a pound somewhere recently. Yay!!! I lost one... then somehow gained 3... this is getting silly! |

Hubby and I watch one another's weight, and then call one another "fatty" or something along those lines when we start sluffing. It works okay. Biggest fear is getting as overwieght as my mother is. (same for hubby with his parents) that tends to work quite well. |

(same for hubby with his parents) that tends to work quite well. hmm my biggest problem was I was the skinny one with my friends here, then I put on heaps of weight but Im basically still the small one (trust me Im NOT small) So i hang out with these people who eat, ummm... eat... drink... eat... oh and that being an emotional eater thing doesnt help either!

Tree damage. I can go on and on. I would so like a nice fluffy or soggy snow so I can build a snowman with my kids. I remember the snow in Indiana would be so fine and powdery you couldn't get it to stick together. That's when the drifts would blow over your windows and my grandparents would put up the snow fence! I do miss winter sometimes. |
