Hey guys. I've been out for a week due to a knee injury. I'll try and make up my workouts but I think it might be more fair to my teammates to update the goals since it was an injury. What do you guys think?
No no no - do not risk further injuring your knee. Revise your goals:
First do this:
(31 Days total ) - (# of days that you were out due to injury ) = (# days that you could work out )
Then:
Original goal x (# days that you could work out ) / (31 ) = new goal.
For example, say your original goal was 25 miles, but you lost 10 days due to injury:
31 - 10 = 21 days that you could work out
25 miles x ( 21 / 31 ) = 16.9 miles revised goal
