Had massive delays last night so I ended up not sleeping much. I'm beat! There are some weather issues here now, I pray my flight makes it out, I think I'm on the last of the night. LazyMarathoner - 2008-12-09 1:24 PM Hey Vixens. I'm in between client meetings and sooooooo bored. Bummer. Where are you? Did I miss that? Good flight? Whats the update? Are you supposed to leave tonight? Hows the weather? I made it back, no delays. Boy am I beat. Early to bed tonight? Then again I have no idea what the time is there so it could be really late for all I know! It's 11 so that's early for me! I want to catch up a little on inspires and just wrote a quick race report, then I'm hitting the hay. I'm on days and days of no sleep. That's just not healthy. |

Hee hee, I dunno, but I have a poster that I bought when I was there that has the whole world map with South on top and says, "Australia: No Longer Down Under" I LOVE that map!!! |

Master 2665 The Whites, New Hampshire | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge Evening, morning, afternoon, or whatever it is, Vixens! Getting my food logged, a bit depressed by the results. Oh well, one day at a time. At least I lost the weight gain from the weekend (a hard hike always spikes my weight). Good news - I've got my coworker trying to log food now! She's diabetic and her meds are all off. She's trying to be really good but her sugar is spiking horribly. Plus she needs (and wants) to lose weight. I'm really hoping this helps her get/keep/stay on track! |

Master 2665 The Whites, New Hampshire | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge You know what I've decided my company needs? A Keurig with the k-cups in a vending machine. Totally fresh GOOD coffee rather than the watered-down diesel-fuel the have now. And it comes in coconut. *sigh* Indeed, at the really really really good hospital that is exactly what they have.. $0.50 for a cup of perfectly brewed Green Mtn (local) coffee. Hopefully, instead of changing my workplace's coffee machine, I will simply change workplaces to the hospital! |

I haven't had Green Mtn. coffee since we moved back here. I'll have try it again. |

It's nice to be able to drink coffee whenever you feel like it, and to have such a big variety. It's going with hubs in the move though, guess I better get used to brewing again. I drink tons of coffee. |

I used to work in the histo lab at a hospital up north where we used to live. |

Master 1989 New Jersey | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge Hey all - Got a favor to ask... (posting this in both of my challenges - sorry for the duplicate) I'm writing up a newsletter for my running club and wanted to include people's responses to the following question: "Why do you run?" So, I'm asking you all the same, and I'd like to include your responses (completely anonymous). Any type of response is welcome - funny, serious, deep, whatever. PM me if you don't feel comfortable posting on the thread. Thanks in advance. |
