kcarroll - 2009-11-10 9:29 AM So, I'll start.  I had some yummy portobello and provolone ravioli last night for dinner.  The best part was I drizzled olive oil on top that came from a friend in Italy.  His very own olives that he harvested and pressed himself.  Yum.

We stopped on the way home from the Y at McDonalds. I know, it's bad.

I like their fries, but I thought they were better before they removed that fat.

I cannot eat Wendy's fries at all. They are the thick cut ones, one more than one occasion I've bitten into one and it wasn't cooked. YUCK!

workin' the plan so it works for me!

a unexpected day off tomorrow while theyre home...then back at it Thurs.

moving forward!

I have found the secret to a happy life. I have decided I will share it with you all.

Naps are good, flies are bad - play is fun - quiet is better than loud - everyone deserves treats - loyalty and love come in many different ways.

There you have it. Now go forth and prosper.

skrtrnr - 2009-11-09 1:01 PM ^^^ aw yes.  me, in all my before i transformed my life, 'glory'....

its good to remember.

but 'painful' in a way too.

i remember me then.

i hope (in some ways) i never ever forget.

but then, on the other hand, that person is total stranger to me.

and my life NOW is so far removed from who i was before.

the truth of who i am now is so different.

This reply pertains to all of your posts today. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

There is no way in the world you could be the Queen of the Ghoulie Village if you didn't ROCK!

You are an inspiration to more people than you will ever know.

So when are you bringing the family for an educational trip to Gettysburg?

i liked their fries better before too ANN.

im not sure what is that they are frying in now, but it leaves this really 'odd' taste in my mouth.

probably something processed/synthetic.

give me good old fashioned OIL.

so 'bad' for you, but uber duber yummy!

the paleo diet people would SO not approve.

6-7 mile run on Friday.  im actually looking forward to this long run.  it'll be nice to back in the swing of things.

Feels like puberty lately - that is all.  I think I went through it already before Wink

I'm sure you would do it much better a second time around. You don't have to go up to the chalkboard at work do you?

Nope - just moving around in the chair and readjusting - LOL

Bill, you sure know how to make an innocent country girl blush. Wink

Did I just hear you refer to yourself as innocent? At least I'm not the only one blushing around here anymore

Yes. Yes you did. Are you not buying it? Innocent

As convincing as that cute little halo and what I imagine to be a perfectly cherubic smile on your face may be, I admit that I remain skeptical.

Hmmm.  We haven't chatted about food for quite some time.  I don't know why.  I think about it constantly.

Absolutely. Funny thing is I've been thinking about how much running I'm going to have to do to make up for my wife and mom's baking over the holidays! Why do the holidays have to taste so damn good...
