I missed yoga Monday and Friday due to meetings and I really love the class so I'm hoping I'll have enough motivation to get out of bed for it tomorrow. Have you tried moving the alarm clock to the other side of the room, so you have to get out of bed to turn it off? I used to do this when I was single... yep done that....
