So why shouldn't you do it? But its not doing anything to advance my life or make it any better. I feel like the stuff I do needs to have a purpose other than merely entertaining me. I need to have *recognition*. If I don't get recognition, I lose interest very quickly. Too Type A in that way... I'm not trying to be discouraging here, just being honest. I used to worry about recognition from others and have since decided that it is what I think about how I'm doing that's important. I don't even look for the athletes when I'm at a race cause I know they are way beyond me. I just worry about finishing and beating my own previous time. There is just too much I want to do in this world to always be worrying about what others think. And to tell you the truth, my attitude regarding that started changing 8 years ago when my son tried to commit suicide. Talk about a wake up call. And then I think I finished my transition 2 years ago when I went through cancer. I hope to God that you don't have to go through anything like that to reach a point of acceptance in your life. You have been through a lot recently with the change in marrital status and the distance that you live from your kids, but all in all, you need to take control of how you feel and stop worrying about how you look to others. |

Im just so so tired (probably just really anemic on top of everything else)... But I didnt feel like i could take any more time off work without seeing the specialist in person and a whole bunch of other stuff... Just feel like they dont 'get it'... want to play it down because i dont there to be a perception that it will affect my job but... dont want people to think Im just being a baby when Im actually quite sick...
If you feel that yuck jen - take one day... Im sure it cant hurt! |

I have SO much to do at home before the flat mate gets back on Saturday or it will be another round of world war at home... I see some busy post work evenings in my future... Bleh... I hate cleaning... and he is obsessive about... where as my attitude is a bit of mess never hurt anyone! How are you feeling today?x2!!!!! |
