Now I just need to focus on busting out 30 miles running in the next 6 days - fun times! 1 more swim required then I am good run to the pool...swim some laps...run home. arent I great help????? and I need to bike to the pool bike back to the pool and then bike again to the pool....ok and one more time! but hoping to knock out one swim today...along with my planned LSD run....this weekend I should reach my bike goal...will do a long ride which should put me over... so this is where I am: 110% runs need 2.5 hours of Home improvement...and that will be done today...plus some I need 50 more bike miles...will mee that this weekend swims....this is baaaad! only two of 6 planned sessions....need to go four times in the next 6 days....maybe I will have to go twice on Friday...that is my only day I have some extra time....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm~???? lets go team...remember how good you will feel when you hit that 100%...and how bad you will feel if you dont! |

Champion 7546 Santa Cruz, California | Subject: RE: Team #2 - August 4 is More Challenge skrtrnr - 2009-08-25 5:35 AM WASSUP SoS!!!! sounds like all of us are gonna be finishing up this challenge in fine fashion! get your run/bike/swim on and finish strong!!!! as for me, the plan is to get to the Y this eve for a long swim (48 mins).... i have 10 mins left to reach my swimming goal. that just cracks me up, so ill be over by the end of the month. i have 43 mins left to reach my run goal, wed and saturday runs should take care of that. im over on the bike. the only goal outstanding is my eating on plan goal. i little tricky what w vacation in the middle of the month (does wine count as a snack??? LOL) but if im real, real 'good' over the rest of the month, i should finish up with a 100% in that category as well. i didnt bust a move like i typically do wracking up the minutes/sessions what w vacation/my hiatus and all, but hopefully i can help out some of our ailing teammies. [this is GREAT motivation, btw] its all good. stacieb wine a snack....did it have cherries of blackberries in it???? then yes. of course!!! haha now go busta move dahling! gooo team! |

Nothing personal taken - don't worry No I sleep that late - I am east coast so that would have put it about 2 or 3 - could have watched the end since I was awake at that time anyways! You really won't like me - but I grew up a Dodger's Fan - Garvey, Cey, Lopes, Russell, Baker (your old manager), Lasorda. All the good guys. Still have a soft spot for them but Fox ruined them when they took over and the Rockies came to town so I can root for my home team! First baseball memory was watching the Dodger's/Yankee's in the Series in 1977 or 1978. Shows my age huh? no hate here! just wish you had better taste in baseball teams...haha I mean the Dodgers, REALLY??? say it aint sooooooo! btw: your first memories of the game are when I was trying to figure out what to do after I graduated highschool...now who's old??? LOL |

Champion 6225 | Subject: RE: Team #2 - August 4 is More Challenge just buzzin' through....ill catch up when i have some more time. but hey to all my SoS teammies!!! and we are ROCKIN' this challenge! got in a 46 min swim, which puts me well over my swim goal for the challenge. now to finish up the run, which shouldnt be a problem....i have a little catching up to do too (Jules) so me and Mr. Higdon have a date to get in a long run, 6 miles....i missed it on vacation. i got a 5 miler in and then my 30 min sunrise beach run, i just didnt have another run in me last week. but BACK AT IT for sure. gots my mojo BACK! wee heee for me! stacieb |
