Never let me move here - traffic is ridiculous  Have a couple small jobs to wrap up tomorrow and then I am off to Sequoia National Park to do some cross country skiing and picture taking on Wednesday. So my rental car is a hybrid and it took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to start the crazy thing. No key - just a push button. Ummm how do people not steal these things all the time? I have not worked out since Friday and am eating some Whole Foods and then relaxing and then hitting the workout room for a run and some fun body weight exercises. Have a great evening! oh man. sounds good so far mr graves. the mental picture of you. and the car. standing there trying to figure how to start it. just hysterical. LOL.... Sequoia National Park, huh? uber cool. PICTURES. THE GHOULIES WANT PICTURES. when you get them/when you can post them. and speaking of pictures. i have the one that you posted from the big snow you just had as my background. such a wonderful pic. and when i open my netbook which is OFTEN... i think of you. mwah. love you mr. graves. stacieb It is my background as well. I wasn't just standing there. I saw the dash light up to hit the brake so I hit the brake. Then you push the button and the car is so quiet you don't even know it is running. I probably had it running just never knew!  There was the Hertz Corvette next to mine so I took a picture of it and told my son that is what I was driving this week! - LOL Too funny. I've got one of them fancy cars with the push button start. I felt like an idiot when I first took it for a test drive because I just looked at the salesman and was like...uh...how does this work? I got laughed at. |

I will have to push all of my runs back a day this week but that is OK. I am taking a road trip this afternoon to drive down outside of DC and pick up my nephew and my sister's greyhound, when my nephew gets home from school because my sister is in labor! I am going to be an aunt today!!! WOOHOO!!!! I'll let you all know later how everything goes and if I have a niece or a nephew! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!! Sounds like a great reason to push those runs back. Very cool! |

Katie is back! missed you! Neal, did I read you bashed up a car? Dorkface is in paradise, we need photos ASAP. I am tickled that I know someone who rides bike in the snow. Even more tickled with the car story. How did your son take your renting the Corvette? Stacie- Yea on the PR. I am so impressed!!!! Go for the red dress for the party. The black one is pretty but FESTIVE is what it is about. And our Queen does NOT need to blend with the other black dresses there. Just saying. Melissa- I hope your migraine was over and not as bad as they can be. I used to get them alot and it is amazing how badly they hurt. Unless you get one, you can't guess. You think it may be the cold? I cannot imagine being in a place that is that cold. Auntie Anne- is it a boy or a girl and how did the hayride go? Where is Tom? and Where the heck is Jules???? Back to work. Later Ghoulies. |
