Hi Pam! 

How are the nibbs?  I've been insane busy  I should do what Dee says and "werk less, BT more," but I sorta like being employed.

Anyways... we're testing out our new tri club's website right now, too.  First glitch?  It wouldn't even let you register as a new member.

And Im not even running... that was Otobers planned project Now I dont know what Ive done... to big a gear on the bike? Standing without enough of a gear? Both?

Umm different for sure... its completely changed my identity... not sure if I like it or Im scared of it <<<<<<<<

Why? What happened to it? Or it is just mad at you for some reason?

Well it seems to be my runners knee from 12 months ago... last time it was rapidly followed by PF so I hope its not a sign of things to come!!!! 

But after a year I thought I would be able to start running... not stop running before I even started!
