Ok, ok. I added a cupid avatar too because I failed miserably in that challenge. I found this funny t-shirt that said 'Cupid is on my Sh*t List" but figured I'd go with this one instead.

Hopefully this will be the final version   I didn't want to be forgotten, you know, by not being on the table

no worries, we have all asked the same questions!

it's under settings in the control panel - but it's the control panel that you access via a link at the top of of the left nav in your blog, not the control panel that is an icon to the right of the calendar

Ahh!! Thank you so much! I've also learned how to add an avatar and Change my font!  And change my color!  That was one of my goals this month to figure out how you guys were doing it!!

Thanks! I actually stole the avatar from someone's album trying to get a picture on my profile... I did it but in a roundabout way! The end justified the means this time!

Yeah, I felt like I didn't deserve it! Plus I was actually achy from lack of movement. I'll email my coach and break the news....

Wow, nice swim! Do you get bored? I've been doing about 2600-2800 for each swim but it's all sets and drills so it goes by fairly quickly.

Swimming makes me beastly hungry. Swimming before work this week should be interesting. I'll likely just need to attach a feed bag to my head to make it through the day.
