Yesterday, many many successes, 2 accidents - not bad! We got the tree last night, up & decorated. This morning I have to sort through the stack of mail/school papers/etc. that came in since Thanksgiving and I'm off to spin class this morning in a bit. I'll be a bit quiet for a while as I get everything back in order, but I'm not completely AWOL, so don't be volunteering me for stuff.  Gotta go get some laundry done...new drier is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, so I want to make sure everything is clean in case there are issues. cograts on more successes sthan accidents! oh and don't even think that your "SAFE" mode is still good just cuz you have lots of stuff to do! LOLOL |

I'd say it's drug time. Good morning, Nibs. Speaking of sinus issues, mine can't take this odd 80 degree weather in December. I'm back on my allergy meds. And I have to sit for 3 hours in the muggy yet stale environment that is the indoor swimming pool. I wish we had a retractable roof. My pool in college had that. It was great for days like this. On the other hand, I DON'T have to scrape my windshield, or carry my shoes to put on after I take off my boots, and freeze my hiney off like those of you in colder climates.Morning Pam you just described this morning in the midwest! hope the allergy meds kick in! |

No, I've got to go in. I'll pick up my meds downtown. Thanks on the avatar. The new drainer is HARD. Hey spokesy, congrats on the new trainer. I do O.K. on mine without TOO much resistance. Mostly try to work on getting my RPMs up while practicing good form (no bouncing) and doing one-legged spin drills. My left leg is pretty weak compared to my right. I start having knee problems when I ride in high gear with low RPMs. Hope you feel better today my friend... |
