Good morning Ghoulies!

My daughter got her cast off yesterday. She just has to wear a splint for a week and she can take that off to bathe and sleep. There was ice cream, with sprinkles, involved yesterday.

What is the goal for July?

I have had a few workouts this month, not as many as I'd like, and I have not been good at logging them again. My personal goal is to workout and LOG IT every day in July!

Wow. Quiet in here. 

I am waiting for my cell phone to charge before I go out for a run. When I went to leave to go for my run, I found my cell phone, deader than a doornail. I never leave home without the silly thing. And it has my music on it, so, yep. Gotta have that baby charged up before I go.  I'm thinking I'll go run around the lake near my house. They are doing an extreme makeover home on one sie of the lke, though, so it might be interesting to see how they have foot traffic re-routed through the area.

The college pool is open this week so I am taking the kids tonight and tomorrow, that will be all the pool time I get in this month.

Yadkinville was stupendous (har har). It was hot and full of creosote. Too bad I was there on work time. There are tons of wineries in that area. Sigh, home time and I am too beat to work out. Talk to you tomorrow.

1) I vote for daily workouts. Biking is good too since there is the TdF going on.

2) Just hanging out here doing yard work, trying to stay cool, packing for the Highland games and having some folks over to watch the fireworks.
