 Well, I put a picture of me in my cowgirl "costume" in my blog. You should be pleased and perennially perky about that. I also have a new tri top that is so sassy I can hardly stand it. I've been asked by they who found it for me to post pics so there's that... and it's a top that's meant to askeer the competition, it's kinda halloweeny in a pink princess way... No but I could roll it up That sounds like a very good idea. |

Last night was the first time I had done squats with a bar and weights instead of leg press in... probably several years. And steamy is what I'm good at, Susie. I haven't trained in a few days and I am going nuts! So much for taper week, it's been a drought! No running for me until Saturday. After that, I am supposed to take 2-4 weeks off from running. Ligament damage. Bummer. We'll see how I feel. Stupid injuries! |
