Wow, nice swim! Do you get bored? I've been doing about 2600-2800 for each swim but it's all sets and drills so it goes by fairly quickly.

Hopefully this will be the final version   I didn't want to be forgotten, you know, by not being on the table

So today is march first.  I'm Geoff.   I've just gotten over a crappy couple of weeks where I got sick (hung out in the rain biking for a couple of hours) and then had to travel.  I'm just ending my off season workouts and starting tomorrow my TRI efforts.  I had to bail on the challenge last month--a first for me.

This month I'm swimming for the first time since August.  Boy this will suck for the first couple of times!

I have 5 kids and a wife.  I live in Lafayette Calif.   Like most of you I'm trying to balance life, TRI and work. Sometimes more effective than others.

 I can't believe there are as many posts as there are already!
