I think I'm going to get yogafied this evening.

Marathon training starts tomorrow! (do you hear that Kim?)

After yesterday's bike ride I'm taking it easy today.


I hear 'ya sistah!  I am going to run tonight after work.  Tomorrow morning is masters swim and I need to get back in the pool at least a couple times a week. 


I was just thinking this morning that I haven't been in the pool in a month.

I have a sprint in 6 weeks I think. I need to get in the water. It's only a 300 meter swim, but I should still practice a little.


I have a sprint in a month.  It's up at Nantucket.  Should be fun.  Race is Saturday at noon, so no dark thirty wake up although we have to take the ferry over to the start.  And the return ferry doesn't leave until 7:30 so we are going to hang out and see the sights afterwards. A friend has a place at the cape, so we are staying with her and making a long weekend of it. 


That sounds cool. What will the temperature be like at noon there?

I agree.  I think it's because they wanted people who couldn't get rooms on Nantucket to be able to race.  No ferry's early enough for 7am starts.  I haven't been there in years and am looking forward to it.  I'm going with my girl gang, so it will be fun no matter what happens racewise.

Morning ghoulies.

Our power went off about 3:30 am.  Woke us up because the noisy window air conditioner went off.  The power didn't come back on until about 6:45 am.  Made for a little bit of an unusual morning routine.  But all is well now.  Smile


So back to work this morning.  Undecided    Ah well.
